PRAYER FORCE

"To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul. O my God, in You I trust"

Psalm 25:1

Monday, November 17

As we pray for Pastor Sam this week, let's pray from Ephesians 6:19 that 'whenever he opens his mouth, words may be given him so that he will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.' Pray that his teaching and preaching will be effective, powerful, and clear to all who hear.

Pray for Sandy Boardman

1 Chronicles 9-10, Hebrews 12, Amos 6, Luke 1:39-80

Tuesday, November 18

Mexico:  At only 12 years old, Alicia has experienced significant persecution in Oaxaca. Her family has lost access to basic services and faced violent threats because of their faith. Pray for the local community leaders that God would soften their hearts and allow them to freely follow Jesus without fear of violence. May they experience Emmanuel - 'God with us' in a deep way in their home and in fellowship with other believers.

"Keep me safe, O god, for in You I take refuge. I said to the Lord; apart from You I have no good thing." Psalm 16:1, 2

Pray for Trevor Boardman

1 Chronicles 11-12, Hebrews 13, Amos 7, Luke 2

Wednesday, November 19

"Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." 1 Thessalonians 5:16, 17

Pray for those raising children in our fellowship to be men and women of prayer and worship, leading their children, and others near to them, by their example in how to walk in a close relationship with the Father.

Pray for Dave & Karley Bulawsky and Cody

1 Chronicle 13, 14, James 1, Amos 8, Luke 3

Thursday, November 20

"I have set the LORD always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken."

Indonesia:   Pray for 8 year-old Khristophel's family. He was beaten to death for his faith by a group of older students. Pray for God's transcendent peace and comfort to envelop and strengthen them in their relationship with Him. Pray that the Holy Spirit would hound those young persecutors until they come to Christ themselves.

Pray for Kevin Bulawsky

1 Chronicles 15, James 2, Amos 9, Luke 4

Friday, November 21

Pray Ezekiel 11:19, 20 for your lost loved ones today that God 'will give them singleness of heart and put a new spirit in them, removing their hearts of stone and giving them hearts of flesh so that they may follow His statutes and keep His ordinances and practice them. May they be His people and He be their God.'

Pray for Gene Cassaro

1 Chronicles 16, James 3, Obadiah, Luke 5

Saturday, November 22

"You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand." Psalm 16:11

Philippines:  Pray for Dayang, a 15-year-old girl who is from a Muslim-majority village. Since she is a shy, quiet girl she is easily mocked and attacked for her faith. Pray for her and her mother to be strengthened in their faith and shielded from harm as they endure rejection, hostility and painful isolation. Pray that her father and other relatives would come to know Christ too.

Pray for Matt & Sheryl Creer

1 Chronicles 17, James 4, Jonah 1, Luke 6

Sunday: 1 Chronicles 18, James 5, Jonah 2, Luke 7
