Monday, August 17
"Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed." Psalm 112:1, 2
Pray for Pastor Sam and Bethany to increase in fearing the LORD and delighting in His commandments. Pray that their children will follow their example and be blessed. Pray for Divine direction and opportunities for each one to go in the direction God desires for them.

Iran: Khodayar was transformed by the gift of a Bible. Pray that more Bibles will be smuggled to those hungry for the truth. Pray for all those who come to faith and then are severely persecuted by their families.

Yemen- In the wake of a government crackdown on Christians, many were detained, arrested and imprisoned. Pray for strength for those facing interrogations, imprisonment or family pressures because of their faith. Pray that they will be able to fellowship without government detection.
